The project was a collaboration between the United Way and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The design is an adoption of healing symbols and colors used by Native American tribes. The Cuyahoga River and many Cleveland street names retain native American origin, therefore it is appropriate that the artist invoked symbols of the past and gives credence to the continuance of medical arts tradition. Measures 10" tall. Guitar figurine titled Creative Hands in Harmony. Guitar Mania, a public art project in Cleveland, featured 10 foot high decorated fiberglass replicas of Fender Stratocaster guitars, designed and painted by celebrities and artists.
